by Allentown Chief of Police Glenn Granitz has issued a statement regarding an incident that involved three police officers Saturday. Video of the incident appeared to show the officers overtop of a man outside St. Luke’s Hospital. With the man face down on the ground, one of the officers used a knee-on-neck technique, similar to the one used by Derek Chauvin during the fatal arrest of George Floyd.
