Are you ready to have a spooky time?
NCC hosted their Halloween celebration on Friday, October 26, from 7-midnight inside college center. Food, dancing, and scares were among the many things you could do while in attendance.
This year there were 3 escape rooms. One was ran by the Science club, which featured test subjects jumping out as you as you tried to solve a number code. The other two were hosted by the Criminal Justice club.
One of their escape rooms was featured in the basement of College Center, while the other was in a regular classroom as the Science club did, but included a name solving activity.
The food spread consisted of vegetables, a nacho bar, and of course candy to munch on as dessert. Fruit punch, iced tea, and water were also available.
The actual dance started at 8 P.M. and displayed a wide variety of costumes and music. Some costumes included a slender man resemblance on actual stilts, scarecrows, as well as some well known Disney characters. Music ranged from Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller’ to Panic! At The Disco’s ‘I Write Sins Not Tragedies.’
Among the numerous activities to do, the costume contest was one the attendees participated in by clapping and yelling for which costume was thought to be the best. The winner was a Japanese-resembling singer.
