A replica of the two towers with a vibrant American flag, the words September 11, 2001, stood as the centerpiece monument surrounded by pictures of the event and a list of the names of the fallen.
NCC remembers the 11th day of September and the sacrifices of the brave men and women who dug through the rubble of the towers to find survivors, those that ran into the building to help others in need and those who gave the ultimate sacrifice of their lives because they knew that they had to serve a purpose that was better than themselves.
