Parents Achieve Success Now (PASNOW), a workshop for students with children, hosted The Balancing Act on April 3.
The topic of the event, facilitated by Jeff Armstrong, Assistant Professor of Psychology in the Humanities and Social Sciences Division, surrounded advice and suggestions for student parents about time management, schedules and things they can do to alleviate stress.
